Maya and the Donut Monster

Maya and the Donut Monster

A girl named Maya lived in the small town of Strassenburg. At four years old, she was already a real little superhero. Maya loved making colorful bracelets and having adventures outside. One day, while playing in her room, she suddenly heard a loud grumbling sound from afar.

Maya looked out the window curiously and could barely believe her eyes. A huge, colorful creature rolled through the streets! It looked like a giant donut with arms and legs. The donut monster nibbled on everything that was sweet - sweets, chocolate and even the cotton candy from the fair disappeared into his big mouth.

Maya knew right away that she had to do something! She quickly put on her homemade superhero cape and ran outside. There she met her girlfriend Lena, who was playing with her game console. 'Lena, look! A donut monster eats all the candy in town! ' Maya shouted excitedly.

Lena was amazed. 'Oh no! What can we do? ' , she asked with concern. Maya thought for a minute and then had an idea. 'We need to distract it with something healthy! ' , she explained. Together, the two girls walked into Maya's garden and picked a large basket full of crunchy apples and juicy pears.

Armed with the basket, Maya and Lena set out to find the donut monster. They followed the trail of empty candy wrappers and crushed candy bars. They soon found the monster that was about to empty an entire ice cream truck.

'Hey you! ' Maya shouted boldly. The donut monster turned around and looked at the children with big eyes. 'Don't you even want to try something healthy? ' Maya asked and held out an apple to him. The monster looked skeptical, but his curiosity won out. It carefully picked up the apple and bit into it.

Suddenly, the monster's eyes began to glow. 'Mmm, that tastes delicious! ' , it shouted in surprise. Maya and Lena giggled and gave him some more fruit. The donut monster was delighted and ate the whole basket empty. 'I didn't know that there were also healthy treats! ' , said it happily.

Maya had an idea. 'You know what? In the future, you could spread fruit and vegetables around town instead of eating all the sweets,” she suggested. The donut monster was very excited about the idea. 'That's a great idea! I'll be the health donut! ' , it cried out cheerfully.

From then on, the friendly donut monster rolled through Strassenburg every day and handed out delicious fruit and crunchy vegetables to all the children. Maya and Lena helped him and got to know many new, healthy snacks. The kids in town loved their new friend and were always happy to hear his happy laugh.

Maya was proud that she had helped the monster do something good. She had learned that you can make a big difference even with small actions. In the evening, she often made colorful fruit baskets that the donut monster could hand out the next day. And when Maya and Lena played together, they kept telling each other about their exciting adventure with the donut monster and laughed happily.

That's how a dangerous situation turned into a wonderful friendship. Maya knew now that she could solve any problem with courage, creativity, and the help of friends. And the best part was: Strassenburg now not only had sweets, but also many delicious and healthy alternatives for all children.
