The upside down parallel world

The upside down parallel world
Nael sat in his favorite chair in the Adventureland library and immersed himself in an exciting book about quantum physics. Although he was only eleven years old, he was fascinated by scientific theories about parallel worlds and time travel. Meanwhile, his little girlfriend Maya, whom he looked after regularly, played peacefully with her building blocks. Suddenly, the book began to glow in his hands, and strange symbols appeared on the pages. “Maya, look!” , he cried excitedly. But before Maya could react, they were both caught by a bright beam of light.
As the light faded, they found themselves in a strange version of the library. Everything was mirror-inverted: books were upside down, clocks were running backwards, and through the windows they saw birds flying backwards. “Where are we?” Maya asked in amazement. Nael thought for a minute and remembered his reading. “I think we've ended up in a parallel world where everything works the other way around,” he explained.
The two decided to explore this strange world. Cars drove backwards in the streets, people walked backwards, and even the language sounded twisted. Maya giggled when she saw a dog barking backwards. Nael noticed a strange device in his pocket — it looked like a compass, but the needle was spinning wildly in circles. “It must be a dimensional compass,” he murmured with fascination.
The deeper they went into this wrong world, the more puzzles they faced. In a park, they met children running on their hands and talking backwards. Maya immediately tried to imitate them while Nael studied the dimensional compass. He discovered that the device not only showed direction but also detected energy patterns in the area. “Maya, I think I know how we can get home,” he said excitedly.
The compass led them to an old well in the center of the park. When they looked in, they saw their reflection — but normally around! Nael understood: The well was a portal between the worlds. He took Maya's hand and they jumped into the well together. A soft glow enveloped them, and the next moment they landed back in their familiar library. The book on quantum physics was closed on the table as if nothing had happened. Maya smiled at Nael: “That was a great adventure!” Nael nodded and knew that this wouldn't be her last foray into the world of science.
